Yoko Mizuno, the president of Leafearth Company has been an avid user of organic products for well over 30 years and has been working as an organic inspector for more than 23 years.  A member of the JAS committee which is setting the regulations for the Japanese organic standard (JAS).  She is frequently invited to speak on organic and sustainable food and farming matters addressing to consumers, producers, schools and government bodies.
